Terms and Conditions – PR8888 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of pr8888 is governed exclusively by these Terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms, including any amendments published after your initial registration. pr8888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform message. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain informed of the version in force.

These Terms apply to all services available on pr8888 including live casino games, crash games, card games, ludo tournaments, bonuses, promotions, the Refer a Friend programme, customer support interactions, and all financial transactions conducted through the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pr8888 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pr8888 does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on pr8888.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pr8888, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any contracted game provider whose games appear on pr8888, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from pr8888 or any gaming platform with which pr8888 shares exclusion data.
• You must provide accurate personal identification information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

pr8888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pr8888. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered by pr8888 will be closed without notice. The balance held across duplicate accounts at the time of closure is void and will not be paid out.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details — must be accurate and current. pr8888 uses this information to verify your identity and process your transactions. Inaccurate information may result in failed withdrawals, account suspension, or permanent closure at pr8888's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr8888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pr8888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact pr8888 support immediately at support@pr8888.ws.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may close your pr8888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will have the bonus and associated winnings cancelled prior to the balance being released.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pr8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. pr8888 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed here.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit to fund your pr8888 account is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may require manual intervention to return to the original payment source.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within five minutes of request confirmation. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day in most cases. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard cards follow standard bank processing times. pr8888 does not charge platform fees on any withdrawal. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

pr8888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where account activity has triggered a review. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delayed withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement

Players may only deposit funds that belong to them. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your pr8888 account, is prohibited. pr8888 is not responsible for any disputes arising from third-party fund transfers to a player's account.

4.6 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit is reversed or charged back by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your pr8888 balance, pr8888 reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your current balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the shortfall becomes a debt owed to pr8888. Any winnings generated from a reversed deposit before the reversal is detected may be cancelled.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Refer a Friend

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on pr8888 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These terms are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your pr8888 account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times across eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the bonus offer terms. pr8888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met at the time of a withdrawal request.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pr8888 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, pr8888 may cancel the bonus and all winnings derived from it, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

5.4 Refer a Friend Programme

The Refer a Friend programme allows pr8888 registered players to earn PKR rewards by referring new players to the platform. Rewards are credited once the referred player has registered a verified account, made a qualifying deposit, and completed a minimum level of betting activity as specified in the current programme terms. Self-referrals — referring yourself using a different identity — are prohibited and will result in cancellation of all referral rewards and potential account suspension for both accounts involved. 5.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Unused bonus funds and free rounds expire as specified in each individual offer — typically within 7 to 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from accounts without notice. pr8888 is not obligated to pay out any amount associated with an expired bonus.

6 Betting Rules & Game Play

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pr8888 are subject to the rules of the specific game being played. pr8888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed as a result of technical errors, software glitches, or manifest pricing errors. Any bet placed on a game that was displaying incorrect odds or malfunctioning at the time of placement may be voided and the stake returned to the player.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on pr8888 and vary by game type and table. Live roulette and live card game tables start at Rs 200 per round. Crash game minimum bets start at Rs 50. RNG games start at Rs 50. VIP tables carry higher minimum and maximum limits accessible to eligible VIP tier players. Current limits are displayed on each game interface.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected from pr8888 during an active bet in a live game, pr8888's servers will continue to process the round according to the outcome of the game. The result is determined by the game server, not the player's connection status. Reconnecting after a disconnection will show the result of any round that completed during the period of disconnection. pr8888 is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection caused by the player's internet service, device, or network conditions.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by pr8888 in the following circumstances: technical malfunction of game software; a proven error in displayed odds or game parameters; a round that was aborted or could not be completed due to a platform fault. In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's pr8888 account balance within 24 hours.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pr8888 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances, and a permanent ban from pr8888:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with pr8888 without direct human input
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Any form of cheating, game manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any pr8888 game or platform component
• Fraud in connection with deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, or identity
• Money laundering or using pr8888 for any transaction connected with illegal activity
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pr8888 staff, live dealers, or other players

pr8888 cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required. Any suspicious activity detected on the platform may be reported to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement bodies without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

pr8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Fraudulent or suspicious account activity
• Chargeback or payment dispute raised by the player against pr8888
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Unacceptable behaviour toward pr8888 staff or other players
• Compliance with a legal requirement or regulatory direction

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in the account is frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is found, the balance will be released and the account restored or the balance paid out as requested.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pr8888 collects and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on pr8888, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. In brief:

• Personal data collected during registration and account use is used solely for operating your pr8888 account, processing transactions, verifying identity, and complying with legal obligations
• pr8888 does not sell player personal data to third parties
• Payment information is processed by regulated payment service providers and is not stored in full on pr8888 servers
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@pr8888.ws

10 Responsible Gaming

pr8888 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide every registered player with access to the following tools from their account dashboard, at no charge, at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased without a waiting period. Increases to limits require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure an alert that notifies you when your gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages during gameplay reminding you how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Temporary Cool-Off: Block access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pr8888. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months and takes effect within 24 hours of request.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use pr8888's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context
• Screen-record, stream, or broadcast live game content from pr8888 without explicit written authorisation
• Develop or distribute derivative works based on any pr8888 platform component

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pr8888's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. pr8888 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunity, or anticipated gaming winnings
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical faults
• Losses arising from a player's own device, internet connection, or network conditions
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss of any kind
• Actions of third-party payment service providers that result in delayed or failed transactions

Nothing in these Terms limits pr8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. pr8888 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and emergency maintenance will occur periodically and pr8888 will endeavour to notify players in advance where possible.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pr8888 may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — pr8888 will notify registered players via email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor corrections and clarifications, updated Terms may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of pr8888 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date. Requests for account closure submitted before the effective date of an amendment will be processed under the previous version of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and pr8888, we encourage players to first contact our support team at support@pr8888.ws, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, pr8888 offers a formal complaints process. Players may submit a formal written complaint to complaints@pr8888.ws. pr8888 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information. If the outcome of the formal complaints process is unsatisfactory to the player, alternative dispute resolution may be pursued through the relevant independent body applicable to pr8888's licensing jurisdiction.
